Welcome to New York....Thank You for the Inconvienience

I returned to New York a little over a week ago. Within moments of stepping foot off the plane I heard an announcement that was quintessentially New York. Just prior to disembarking the plane we, the passengers, were directed to claim our baggage at carousel number 1. Upon arrival at said carousel we were greeted with the following announcement.

"Passengers of flight 210 with service from Long Beach, your baggage claim has been changed to carousel number 4. Please proceed to carousel number 4....Thank you for the inconvienence."
